Description: From the Benazzoli Sogni Di Donna (Dreams of a Woman) collection, Giava’s personality can be glimpsed from the intense and luminous ruby colour, with hints of garnet. The nose of this dry medium minus bodied red reveals itself with a soft but certain rhythm, at first offering warm and sweet hints of small ripe fruits, among which we can recognize dark cherry, raspberry and a hint of blackberry, followed by aromas of red roses and violets, then ending with herbal and balsamic notes reminiscent of resin, bark, pepper and juniper.

On the palate, it is enveloping with a freshness and velvety tannin that gently dries the palate, preparing you for the next sip. Aged in large 2nd use oak barrel for 6 months. Giava is a wine that combines delicacy and strength, which makes it a beautifully versatile wine for food pairing.
