Description: Dry medium bodied white with alluring aromas of white flower, mature yellow stone fruit, citrus and hints of Mediterranean herb mingling in the glass. The delicious, linear yet silky palate offers a nice depth of flavors including juicy yellow peach, tart green apple, nectarine, and a hint of ginger alongside tangy acidity. The lingering finish closes beautifully on a mineral note with just a hint of bitter almond. Bright enough to work before dinner, but also excellent with salads, cured fish, salmon and chicken dishes or a variety of pasta dishes.

About The Producer: Marangona, a seventeenth-century farmhouse located South East of Lake Garda in Lugana between Peschiera and Sirmione, an area where the micro-climate and the lake area are rich in clay and limestone give rise to wines of great quality. The winemaker Alessandro Cutolo presents very much like his wines; elegant, artistic with an old-world soul. Alessandro takes great care in the vineyards and wine-making employing sustainable and organic techniques.
