Cantine Federiciane Flegreo Rosato Spumante (Case of 6)
Sparkling rosé/ Charmat method/ Volcanic Bubbly / Neapolitan Aperitif
Case of 6 bottles
Grape variety: Piedirosso. Piedirosso means red feet in Italian as the stem of the Piedirosso grapes is made up of three reddish branches which resemble a dove's foot.
Description: Pink volcanic bubbles, it is the sparkling wine produced in the caldera of the Campi Flegrei area from ungrafted vines. It is a lychee pink color, reminiscent of the natural colours of the breathtaking Campania sunsets. Produced using a special selection of Piedirosso grapes, it expresses hints of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. It seduces the palate with notes of red fruit, balanced with a lovely minerality and savory sensations that unify the sip and finish ..inviting yet another sip. Designed to become the "Neapolitan aperitif", it is also an excellent accompaniment to traditional dishes such as fish crudite, pan fried fish and fresh cheeses.

About the Producer: Cantine Federiciane is the result of four generations of work, dedication and experience accumulated and transmitted over time. A journey that began from the first of these generations and born from a passion for carefully tending to and rediscovering their beautiful terroir and retracing its history through viticulture and winemaking. It is this dream that unites the generations through time and continues the legacy. The winery is now run by the fourth generation of the Palumbo family, three brothers: Antonio, Marco and Luca.
