About Us

Apparition Wines & Spirits began in the autumn of 2012. Katherine Mellin, the Founder and Directing Principal has a passion for hospitality, authenticity and discovery. This passion extends to the culture and the continuum of people who relate to beautiful wines and spirits; from those who cultivate the soil and organic materials for the making to those who seek out quality wines and spirits and consume with awareness. It is this passion that drives the agency.
